Se excluyeron los pacientes que se fugaron o dieron de alta en contra del consejo médico y los pacientes remitidos a un centro superior. Las madres embarazadas/lactantes, todos los pacientes pediátricos y cualquier paciente que muera después de la operación antes de ser dado de alta también fueron excluidos de este estudio. Datos como el nombre, la edad, el sexo, el diagnóstico y el tratamiento en curso se registraron en el expediente del paciente en un formulario de registro de casos (CRF) previamente preparado. Los detalles pertinentes de la droga prescrita fueron analizados por los indicadores de prescripción de la OMS.

Sono stati esclusi i pazienti che sono fuggiti/scaricati contro il parere del medico e i pazienti indirizzati al centro superiore. Sono state escluse da questo studio anche le madri in gravidanza e in lattazione, tutti i pazienti pediatrici e tutti i pazienti che muoiono dopo l'intervento chirurgico prima di essere dimessi. Dati come nome, età, sesso, diagnosi, trattamento in corso sono stati registrati dalla cartella clinica del paziente in un Case Record Form (CRF) preparato in precedenza. Este estudo foi pr…ospectivo, transversal, observacional, incluindo todos os pacientes pós-operatórios até a alta hospitalar, no Departamento de Cirurgia Geral. Um total de trezentos pacientes de ambos os sexos e grupos etários adultos que preencheram os critérios de inclusão foram incluídos neste estudo. Foram excluídos os pacientes que se ausentaram/descartaram contra o aconselhamento médico e os pacientes encaminhados para centros superiores. Também foram excluídos deste estudo todos os pacientes grávidas / lactantes, todos os pacientes pediátricos e qualquer paciente que morra no pós-operatório antes da alta hospitalar. Dados como nome, idade, sexo, diagnóstico, tratamento em andamento foram registrados do arquivo do caso do paciente em um Formulário de Registro de Caso (CRF) previamente preparado. Os detalhes relevantes do medicamento prescrito foram analisados pelos indicadores de prescrição da OMS. 60 pp. Portugiesisch.
