First edition hardcover, no jacket, clothbound, illustrated boards, several historical photographs and illustrations. Excellent regional history. Condition: some rubbing, scuffing to the boards, age-toning to the pages. Previous owner pencil notes, marks on a few pages which appear to be of an editorial nature, and with corrections, then modest reading wear. Some information in book that will be lost in time.
