Corners bumped and very worn. A few scratches to front cover. Writing and pencil marks to rear board. Board is rubbed with damp stain at top. Board edges rubbed. Inscription in ink and small booksellers sticker to front pastedown. Joints are beginning to crack. Light browning to endpapers. Pencil marks to several pages. Puzzles have been attempted. Sixteen full-page colour illustrations of animals with titles (cats and dogs mostly, but also a horse, squirrels, field mice, hedgehogs and birds). No publication date shown, but British Library has it as 1933. A heavy book, packaged weight is over 1 kilo, so extra postage will be required from buyers outside the UK. 16pp, 16 full-page colour illustrations. Size: 4to - over 9¾" - 12" tall.
