Very Good condition, spot foxing on white background of front cover, three interior pages have short (about 1") closed cuts; edge wear is very light. See all scans. No mailing label. Contents are, of course, near fine. The famed magazine of Americana, in an issue probably most notable for its pieces on Jimmy Hoffa's disappearance, Susan Hayward, and short fiction (in various lengths) by notables William Hazlett Upson (Alexander Botts - Security Agent), Hugh B. Cave, Harriet Frank Jr and Clarence Budington Kelland, as well as others (see scan of contents page). Some other topics: The Duke of Bedford; Civil Defense in bad straits; Pipe Smoking; Spirit Lake. All other Post standard staples are within - stories, articles, cartoons, etc., and of course the vintage advertisement art (James Arness touts L&M cigarettes on the rear cover).
