Hardcover. 25p., previous owner's initials on half-title page and name and date (1953) on title page, otherwise very good condition. One 210 copies printed by Saul & Lillian Marks at The Plantin Press.

Hardcover. Condition: Very Good. Book has loose tipped in plate (Plate XXL) and mild rubbing to corners of cover. otherwise book is in very good condition with a bright cover, a strong binding, and clean pages.

Hardcover. Condition: Near fine. xii, 25 pp, bound in patterened paper-covered boards with cloth spine. One of 210 copies, printed by Saul and Lillian Marks at the Plantin Press. Minor wear to extremities, else fine. The author was an American Naval surgeon stationed aboard the sloop-of-war Peacock when it anchored in Monterey in 1836.
