Soft cover. Condition: Near Fine. **Bundle Up & Save On Postage** *Two Volume Set* Soft cover, plastic coil binding. 5.5 X 8.5" 52 pages (vol 1) and 121 pages (vol 2). Some page numbers in volume 1 index have been highlighted with yellow pen, Volume 2 has a gift inscription by the author, otherwise without flaw. The idea to self-publish this collection of salad recipes sprang from the author's decision to organize hundreds of salad recipes that she had been saving for the past 20 years. She thought it would be fun and useful to compile the best ones together into a book. Then in 2003 along came Volume Two with 29 more unique salad dressings and vinaigrettes, including several from well known restaurants, followed by 135 full salad recipes each with their own matching dressings.
