First Printing neatly inscribed to Harry Dean (actor Harry Dean Stanton) and dated and signed by editor Tom Thurman in blue ink on the half-title page. Harry Dean Stanton (who had roles in films including Cool Hand Luke; The Godfather Part II; and Paris Texas) was born in Kentucky, attended the University of Kentucky and was a huge Wildcat fan. The inscription reads "Harry Dean, To the #1 U.K. fan in L.A.! All of my best, Tom Thurman 3/4/04." The book is in pristine condition.
