Soft cover. Condition: Good Only. Original Edition. Vol. 82, No. 4 issue of this US Navy publication "for the advancement of professional, literary, and scientific knowledge in the Navy". Contains articles on sea power and the struggle for Asia, duty in Washington, the Fleet Reserve Association, the Odenwald Incident, America's iron ore needs, the Isthmian Canal policy, the retired officer in education, the American Merchant Marine and WWII, Joe Fyffe, and the Swiss Merchant Navy on the high seas. Filled with advertisements as well. Front cover is detached (but present); and the cover has moderate wear/marks. Interior has faint stains along the side edges of some pages. Book.
