It was also established that even without adequate training in the same, Principals mainly used motivation and delegation of duties to mange school-based change. The findings should, shed some insights on this new front of manging change from within and should be especially usefull to policy makers, Principals, teaching and non-teaching staff and other stakeholders who may be considering utilizing the holistic management strategies (practices) 108 pp. Englisch.
