Pyotr Alexeyevich Kropotkin (1842-1921) was a Russian anarchist and geographer known as a proponent of anarchist communism. Exiled from Russia, he spent 41 years in Switzerland, lecturing and publishing on Anarchism and Geography. He returned to Russi in 1914 for the revolution, but was disappointed in the Bolsheviks.
