Reclaimed polythene… (PE) derived from low density polythene (LDPE) carry bags from kitchen waste and plastic bottles have been used as additive in flexible pavements. Purposes of using above materials are to utilize environmentally unacceptable waste material and to develop a better material mix to resist increased traffic load and pressure resulting in cracking.In the present study, an attempt has been made to use waste plastic, LDPE (Low Density Poly Ethylene), blended using dry process. Marshal method of Bituminous Mix design was carried out by changing the modified bitumen content and subsequent tests have been performed to determine the different mix design characteristics. The waste plastic bags have been heated to 160-180oC and mixed with the aggregate. Der Zweck der Verwendung dieser Materialien besteht darin, umweltschädliche Abfälle zu verwerten und eine bessere Materialmischung zu entwickeln, die einer höheren Verkehrsbelastung und einem höheren Druck standhält, der zu Rissen führt.In der vorliegenden Studie wurde ein Versuch unternommen, Kunststoffabfälle, LDPE (Low Density Poly Ethylene), im Trockenverfahren zu verwenden. Die Marshal-Methode für bituminöses Mischgut wurde durchgeführt, indem der Gehalt an modifiziertem Bitumen verändert wurde und anschließend Tests durchgeführt wurden, um die verschiedenen Eigenschaften des Mischguts zu bestimmen. In der aktuellen Arbeit wird die Verwendung von Polyethylen-Abfalltaschen als flexible Pflasterung…vorgestellt. Wiederaufbereitetes Polyethylen (PE), das aus Polyethylen niedriger Dichte (LDPE), Tragetaschen aus Küchenabfällen und Plastikflaschen stammt, wurde als Zusatzstoff in flexiblen Belägen verwendet. Der Zweck der Verwendung dieser Materialien besteht darin, umweltschädliche Abfälle zu verwerten und eine bessere Materialmischung zu entwickeln, die einer höheren Verkehrsbelastung und einem höheren Druck standhält, der zu Rissen führt.In der vorliegenden Studie wurde ein Versuch unternommen, Kunststoffabfälle, LDPE (Low Density Poly Ethylene), im Trockenverfahren zu verwenden. Die Marshal-Methode für bituminöses Mischgut wurde durchgeführt, indem der Gehalt an modifiziertem Bitumen verändert wurde und anschließend Tests durchgeführt wurden, um die verschiedenen Eigenschaften des Mischguts zu bestimmen. Die Kunststoffabfallsäcke wurden auf 160-180oC erhitzt und mit dem Zuschlagstoff gemischt. Das Gemisch aus LDPE und Zuschlagstoffen wurde kombiniert, um den Versuch für dichten Bitumenbeton (DBC) zu erhalten.
