The pages were lightly discolored due to age, clean, unmarked, and firmly bound. There is minor water damage to the top edges of some of the pages throughout. This book is in near fine condition.

Printed on acidic paper and saddle stitched with staples in illustrated board cover with illustrated end papers. Noticeable wear at spine, moderate shelf wear, edge / corner wear to cover, colors remain bright and unfaded. Binding is strong, staples are tarnished. A blank white sticker measuring 1/2" x 3" has been attached to the middle top of the front free end paper. Pages are evenly tanned but clean and unmarked.

Includes a family tree template as well as a "Record of Growth" chart in the back spanning the ages one week to seven years. Features a pink and blue color scheme to suit either gender. This copy remains unused. Single vol. (10.25" by 8"), pp. [24], illustrated, bound in original illus. publisher's boards. Designed to be completed for the individual child. Very good. Minor dust soiling, toning, one or two minor stains. Spine chipped.
