Bellissima pubblicazione di scritti e 13 disegni di barche che Alfio Lambertini ha voluto dedicare ai suoi amici pescatori dell'Isola d'Ischia ("pazienti e laboriosi nell'attesa") dove il pittore aveva trascorso una breve sosta autunnale. Alfio Lambertini è uno dei due "A" (l'altro è il poeta Adriano Vitali) che si presero cura dell'amica Sibilla Aleramo negli ultimi tempi dell'esistenza della grande scrittrice alessandrina. Il volume è firmato da Lambertini con dedica "ad Angelo con affetto grande. Roma 10 luglio 1956". con dedica dell'Autore.
