Draft script for the 1963 film. Four street urchins bet weekly on the horse races and decide to steal a dime from the church one week in order to allow Jesus to be a partner in their scheme. They win an exorbitant amount, only to have the winning ticket float away on the breeze. Set in Tijuana, Mexico. Yellow titled wrappers, rubber-stamped production No. 17, dated July 30, 1962, with credits for screenwriters Laslo Vadnay, and Hans Wilhelm. 108 leaves, with last page of text numbered 103. Mechanical duplication, with blue revision pages throughout, dated August 6, 1962. Pages Very Good plus, wrapper Very Good plus bound with three gold brads.

The present copy of the luxury edition includes Boris' striking, original watercolour cover design. László Boris (18971924) was a Hungarian illustrator, graphic artist and caricaturist. In the 1920s he worked for the German Art-Nouveau magazine, Simplicissimus. Extremely scarce, we could trace only three copies in institutional holding, all in Hungary. WorldCat locates no copies. . Small damage to the spine at the tail. Cover very slightly chipped. Overall in fine condition. First Hungarian edition. Limited, numbered (1/50/600), signed copy.
