Two copies of this elusive and short-lived mag from N.Y. which ran for five issues between 1933 and 1934. These both containing contributions by EP: "C. H. Douglas…, Etc." in No. 2 and "Ignite" in No. 3, which also contains a poem, "Night Piece" by James Laughlin IV. Lacking only No. 4 for a complete set of Poundian contributions to this periodical (Gallup C1080 and C1081). Only a handful appearing in exclusively American institutions, the majority only having Vol. 1 No. 1; the New York Public Library being the only to explicitly state a complete holding. Both copies very good or better; only two small chips to the cover of No. 2; light stain at bottom edge and a vertical fold to No. 3. Gallup C1010 and C1063.
