Signed from, Hazel and Bill Cottrell, Christmas-1939. "Uncle Bill" was part of the original Walt Disney Animation Studios, and helped write Peter Pan in 1959 and also Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs, and Alice and Wonderland in 1937, as a creation member of Disney Productions. Bill Cottrell was also one of the main designers of Disneyland. There is also a later ownership inscription to Tom and Judith Dillenberg from Victor, 1989.
