Hardcover. Condition: Very Good Plus. No Jacket. Map, Illustrations by Author (illustrator). 1st Edition. Original navy and maroon pictorial paper covered boards, with gold lettering. Minor wear to corners and small blemish along bottom edge of back cover the only flaws. The artist/author worked on the PEI Railway as a youth, and had no training as an artist. However, in later years, he went on to become a professional painter. His grandson, John Brown, inherited the original sketches, and wished to share the accomplishments of his Acadian grandfather with the general public. 134 pp. Size: 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" Tall; Oblong. Book.
