The last text, in prose, is a strange staging of the Gods of Parnassus and symbols of literature who will crown Madame Deshoulières as the tenth muse. The text is dedicated to Mademoiselle de Scudéry, in competition with Madame Deshoulières, as she also wished to be considered a muse of letters.
