The early 1943 Bugs Bunny is a somewhat weird fellow and a vagabond. The first of 3 stories is about spies but no particular country is named. Its a cartoon world with animals , not humans. The police are dogs in uniform. The bad guys are wolves in uniform. The generals are wolves and pigs.
