Top panel has some moisture damage. Paper covering is peeling from the top panel. Spine head has a horizontal tear. Foredge of top panel has a 1" tear. Edges of the opening have heavy rubbing. Inside of the slipcase has light foxing. (Fair) Text is clean and unmarked.
