Hardcover. Condition: new. Hardcover. This book addresses the subject of emotional speech, especially its encoding and decoding process during interactive communication, based on an improved version of Brunswiks Lens Model. The process is shown to be influenced by the speakers and the listeners linguistic and cultural backgrounds, as well as by the transmission channels used. Through both psycholinguistic and phonetic analysis of emotional multimodality data for two typologically different languages, i.e., Chinese and Japanese, the book demonstrates and elucidates the mutual and differing decoding and encoding schemes of emotional speech in Chinese and Japanese. Taschenbuch. Condition: Neu. nach der Bestellung gedruckt Neuware - Printed after ordering - Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs) have consequence and implication in both military and civilian territory. For military purpose, they can be employed for security, communication, target designation, weapon delivery and intelligence. In the case of civil works, they can be utilized for forest fire fighting, weather forecast and agriculture purposes. The major objective of this book is to propose a directing method which can work like a human pilot. The various control techniques are presented in order to achieve the level flight. In this book, first a comprehensive mathematical nonlinear model of the UAV is presented and then linearised it by the means of linearization regulations and principles. After that linearised model based control technique such as Linear Feedback Control (LFC), Linear Quadratic Regulator (LQR) and Sliding Mode Control (SMC) are used to achieve the level flight of the UAV which provide sturdiness against the atmospheric and external turbulences. The level flight has been achieved lucratively and has been authenticated by using Simulink and Flightgear Simulators. The results demonstrate that the propose techniques provides stability and better performance.
