Bernhard Linck, "seit 1646 Abt von Zwettl, hatte bei Lebzeiten das Werk nicht herausgegeben; lange Zeit nach seinem Tod wurde das Manuskript aufgefunden, ergänzt und mit Stichen von Matthäus Vischer gedruckt". Tatsächlich gehören zu dem Werk 15 Stemmata und nur ein Stich: die schöne, oft fehlende Karte, die das Stiftsgebiet aus der Vogelschau zeigt (hier darin winziger Einriß). So komplett: Die teils angegebene Zahl von 16 Tafeln beruht offenbar auf Zuzählung der Karte; ein Vergleichsexemplar mit 16 Stammtafeln nirgends nachweisbar. - Titel mit zeitgenöss. Besitzvermerk der Wiener Unbeschuhten Augustiner; am vorderen Innendeckel späterer hs. Signaturvermerk; Rücken mit entspr. Signaturschildchen. Noch im Jahr der Fertigstellung als Geschenkexemplar des Stifts Zwettel an die Augustinerbibliothek übergeben; beide fliegenden Vorsätze mit eigenh.
