Hardcover. Condition: Near Fine. Formal portrait photograph. Approximately 3" x 8". Sepia-toned, very slight oxidation, near fine in slightly worn card portfolio (with no indication of the photographer. Inscribed to his nephew on the rear of the folder. A nice portrait in full uniform standing in front of the flag. Boyd Bingham Link was born Johnstown, Pennsylvania in 1893 into a family of farmers. By the time he enlisted he was farming in Waverly, Nebraska. He managed to survive the War and returned to Nebraska after.
