Spiral bound. Condition: Very Good-. 1st Edition; 1st Printing. B&W Illustrations; SIGNED EDITION. This is an oversized spiral bound book with illustrated cardstock covers. The book is in Very Good- condition and was issued without a dust jacket. The book covers have noticeable spots of foxing and ground-in dirt. The rear cover has patches of toning. The text pages are clean and bright. This copy has been signed, with an inscription by the author on the front endpaper. (reminiscences / family history of a family who moved from New York State, across country through Colorado, to first Southern California, then Nevada, and back to Southern Californiana again. ) ; Signed by Author.
