The edges are chipped and there is a tear along the bottom of the front joint. [123] pages, numbered [245] to 367 plus 102 pages of ads, with black & white illustrations & plates and profuse pictorial ads, a few of them in color. Good. Among the contents of this issue are "An African Savage's Own Story" by Ibn LoBagola and "Mad Anthony Wayne" by Thomas Boyd. On the rear cover is a color ad for R. J. Reynolds' Camels cigarettes.

Lecture circuit in the first half of the 20th Century. This paperback edition is a pirated edition by Tauchniz of the Knopf First Edition of 1930. Lee died in Attica Prison in Upstate New York in 1947. Very Good in printed paper wraps with moderate wear to covers and no marks to text. ; Lobagola; 12mo 7" - 7½" tall; 294 pages.
