Tcheng-Keng était le frère du G?0néral Tcheng-Ki-Tong, diplomate chinois à l'Ambassade de Chine en France et auteur de nombreux ouvrages en français sur la Chine. Le texte présente une seconde traduction de M. Marcel Huber ainsi que des notes données par M. de Milloue et M. Deshayes.
