Hudson Street, West 12th Street, 8th Avenue, Bethune and Bleecker Street each touch the park's perimeter. Overlooking the trees, tulips, and bluestone stands The Abingdon, a Georgian-inspired building. This brief history was produced in 2012, as developers renewed and reimagined The Abingdon as ten elegantly designed homes ranging in size from 3250 sq. ft. to 9600 sq. ft.
