Manuscript / Paper Collectible First Edition Signed
Paper. Condition: Very Good. First Edition. Undated (circa 1935) Atlantic City Stamp Club business card SIGNED on the back and inscribed "To my pal Jerry. Tommy Loughran." Loughran was a Philadelphia-born Irish-American boxer who became the world light-heavyweight champion. Known as the "Phantom of Philly" for his elusive boxing skill, he was ranked by Nat Fleischer as the #4 all-time light-heavyweight boxer. The autograph remains reasonably bright and unfaded; the signed side of the card is clean, but there is glue residue on the other side. Size: 2" X 3 1/2". SIGNED. Manuscript.
