LATINO Volume rilegato in tutta pergamena con titoli e fregi oro al dorso, contenente 3 tomi come da titoli, ciascuno con frontespizio recante marca della tipografia Cramer, al secondo tomo questa differisce e riporta il motto "non ardet sicut scientiarum amor". Testo su due colonne, richiami e segnatura dei fascicoli, fioritura e tracce di umidità alle pagine, alcune di queste brunite Numero Pagine.

Tre parti in un volume di cm. 36, pp. (20) 340; 523 (149); 75 (13), (4) 132 (30). Bellissima leg. coeva in piena perg. con titoli impressi in oro al dorso e tagli colorati. Ben conservato. Trattato di taglio strettamente monografico sul tema del possesso con attenzione particolare alle conseguenti applicazioni giurisdizionali. Vasta appendice di decisioni della Sacra Rota. Sapori cita altre edizioni.
