No. 1 cover and couple of first pages show some foxing. Issues modernist cover designes were created by famous Estonian graphic artists Günther Reindorff and Paul Luhtein. Valuable and very important edition dedicated to Estonian modern art. Albums editor was Central Union of Estonian Visual Artists CUEVA, an organization founded in 1922 in Tallinn for the purpose of uniting Estonian professional artists. CUEVA became the biggest Estonian artists organization. In 1932 there were 36 members, all of them prominent Estonian artists: Ants Laikmaa, Kristjan Raud, Adamson-Eric, Peet Aren, Nikolai Bergholtz, Karl Burman, Paul Burman, Julius Gentalen, Johannes Greenberg, Herman Halliste, August Jansen, Andrei Jegorov, Elisabeth Höerschelmann, Karl Höerschelmann, Roman Espenberg (Haavamägi), Ellen Kingo-Espenberg, Arnold Kalmus, Anatoli Kaigarodoff, August Kilgas, Hans Kuusik, Jaan Koort, Aleksander Kulkoff, Hugo Lepik, Roman Nyman, Eduard Ole, Ludvig Oskar, Voldemar Päts, August Pulst, Günther Reindorff, Konstantin erbakoff (Süvalo), Eduard Taska, Gori, Kristjan Teder, Anatoli Liivard, Eduard Wiiralt ja Klara Zeidler. Each of them is mentioned in present album editions. In period 1934-1938 were published four issues. Publication aims popularization of Estonian art, and modern visual arts achievements introduction to the general public. Together with articles reviewing art themes also of great importance reproductions of newest artworks created by CUEVA artists. Each album issue contains about 50-60 reproductions.
