Hardcover. Condition: Good. No Jacket. 268 pp. Corners not bumped but they do show some rounding and wear to the cloth at the extremities. Text is free of markings. No ownership markings but there is a neat "SAMPLE" on the front end paper. No dust jacket. Red cloth with black type face. There is one small area on the front board and the back board that shows a little bit of a pucker. It does not appear to be from water damage but from the gluing / binding process during production. The one other copy I have seen has the same appearance. This copy is smyth sewn. Smyth sewing is a method of bookbinding where groups of folded pages (referred to as signatures) are stitched together using binder thread. Each folded signature is sewn together individually with multiple stitches and then joined with other signatures to create the complete book block. This is the traditional and best method of bookbinding.
