First edition. 4to. A single sheet, printed on both sides and folded once. Issued in an edition of 120 copies on the occasion of a reading by Mac Adams. Near fine with a small indention.

Laid in is a one page typed letter from MacAdams to Steve [Vincent] summarizing his writing career to date. Also laid in are three variant issues of a flyer for a reading by Mac Adams at The Rehersal in California (Free Bread / Free Wine), a reading promoted by Vincent which occasioned the enclosed letter. A titled black folder, 10.5 x 11 inches, which is photo-illustrated on the inside panels, containing 9 loose b&w photographic plates of varying size, with concrete poetry in both French and English on the reverse, each separated with a blank paper guard. Very light wear to the edges of the folder; else fine. The photographs of domestic scenes, and dolls are by Mac Adams, poetry by Patrick Bouvet. Limited to 500 copies. WorldCat locates only three copies: Whitney Museum; Getty Research Institute; Bibliotheque d'Art et d'Archeologie.

Stapled Soft Cover. Condition: Good +. First Thus. Grey photo-illustrated wrappers with white titles show light wear to edges, mild rubbing to wrappers especially near spine. Book body is clean and illustrated, light age-toning to pages. Signed by the artist to the photographer Ralph Gibson on the inside of the front cover.

Softcover. Condition: Fine. First edition. Illustrated wrappers. Text in Italian and English. Wrappes a trifle soiled, still easily fine. Illustrations and poetry for Ungaretti. One of 1000 copies of the first edition. Scarce.

Fo- reword by Andrew Knight, a long interview by Kim Levin with the artist. Text in English and Welsh. Catalog published for the exhibition held at the Welsh Arts Council in 1979.

Condition: Fine. First edition in publisher's original black card wrap covers [softback]. Square 10½'' x 10½''. Contains 52 pages of text with full-page colour and monochrome photographs throughout. Small price sticker removed from the bottom corner of the front cover, otherwise in Fine condition, no dust wrapper as published. Shadow Work: In 1984 Mac Adams began working with shadows. Figurative shadows were projected from structures that were highly abstract, only revealing themselves under certain light conditions. Large outdoor shadow sculptures worked by sunlight responding to the earth's tilt and shift, e.g.: 'The Serpent Bearer' Montclair University 1987. 'The Fountainhead' La Jolla Museum of Contemporary Art, CA 1988, 'Meditation' Louis Pasture University Strasbourg, France. 1996. 'Wings and Wheels' New Jersey Department of Transportation, Cherry Hill N. J. interior sculptures worked with spotlights projected onto abstract sculptures casting figurative shadows on to walls and floors. Models and sculptures where exhibited at Farideh Cadot Gallery New York City 1887 and John Gibson Gallery NYC. 1992.
