Cream colored dust jacket mildly soiled; tear at spine head; some scuffs at edges; front flap's top right corner creased with publisher's printed price present at bottom right. Blue cloth with vibrant gilt stamped lettering to spine. Bookseller ticket "University Co-op Bookshop" (presumably Sydney, Australia) on front pastedown; two-line ink ownership inscription "Albert E Casey | Sydney 1966" on front free endpaper; red ink notes (presumably by Dr. Casey) on rear free endpaper verso - no markings readily apparent amongst text upon a cursory perusal. Binding is firm. This book was acquired from the estate of Birmingham, Alabama pathologist, bibliophile, and genealogist Dr. Albert Eugene Casey (1903-1982) who served as director of laboratories at Birmingham Baptist Hospitals from 1942-1972.
