Wraps. Condition: Good. Pale yellow printed wraps, side stapled and bound with cloth tape. 56 leaves, printed on single sides only. Apparently issued for private circulation. A journal issued by the Institute of Experimental Method, an institute that failed to register when doing internet searches. But, we are also not prone to clicking beyond the first page. That said, it appears to have been a collaborative effort between philosophers, scientists and educators who believed in experimentalism. Its editors were Edgar A. Singer Jr., C.W. Churchman and R.L. Ackoff. This issue includes: "The Methodology of Toxicological Research," by Willard Machle; "Notes on the Definition of Experiment," by Malcolm G. Preston; "Philosophy of Experiment," by Edgar A. Singer Jr. (reprinted from another journal); "What Should the Engineer Know," by Sebastian Littauer; "Esthetics and Music," by John S. Adams, Jr.; "Operational Defining," by C.W. Churchman and R.L.
