Condition: A Fine copy. Reprint. LIMITED to 100 copies (#35). 12, [2] pp. 8-5/8" x 5-1/2" "This edition of Sandy MacPherson: Book Collector is, to the best of our knowledge, the very first in over 55 years. It was last produced by Phillip Duschnes, the legendary New York book dealer, in 1940 after an earlier Duschnes edition in 1933. The original appears to have been published in the Quarto Club Papers in 1928. We have reproduced here the 1933 colophon and the 1940 title page of the Duschnes editions. The text is a facsimile composition in Bauer Bodoni of the 1933 edition. The traditional Joint Biennial Meeting of the San Francisco Roxburghe Club and the Zamorano Club of Los Angeles is the happy occasion for this latest edition of 100 copies. " Stiff color illustrated printed paper wrappers, sewn. Now housed in a clear archival mylar sleeve.
