Heavy shelf/edge wear and chipping to covers. All pages are intact and readable, a few have closed tears. This is Volume II March 1908 Number 4. Essay and stories include: Stirring Adventures Of The Old Trail, Teamwork, Cliff Dwellers' Ruins at Manitou, Texas Railways and Employees, Oiling Our Roadbed, The Cenook Mystery, The Arkansas Valley Railroad and much more. Filled with vintage ads in the front and the rear of the magazine and several vintage B&W photographs. Numerous mentions of workers and their families at the rear of the magazine titled Among Ourselves which solicited family goings-on, death notices, positions filled, travel, and a lot of other local history with each stop along the tracks offering stories. Respectable and very scarce antique copy. LOC SSS-24.
