I am not aware of an earlier US edition of this title. The yellow boards have a small bump to the top corner of the rear panel. Page edges a little browned. Light browning to the endpapers and there is a small dark mark to the half-title page but the pages are otherwise clean and unmarked. The jacket has a little chipping to the corners and at the top of the spine with a half-inch closed tear at the top left corner of the rear panel. i.
