1st edition with preface and notes by the Reverend John Fletcher, D.D. VIII, 106, (1) PP. Original black cloth covers (marbled) have wear around edges and a little soiling. Slight ageing of paper. Signature of previous owner on FFEP, and a few pencil annotations in some page margins but overall, a very good clean copy. 23 x 14.5.
