Otherwise, pages are lightly age-toned, clean. smooth and unmarked. Too large to ship outside of the United States.

Light spotting to the margins of first couple of introductory pages, all plates fine.

Leather Binding. Condition: Very Good. No Jacket. First Edition. 4to - over 9¾" - 12" tall. Appears to be in a unique binding - 3/4 red cloth over light blue textured silk moire, spine titled in gilt, very fine Art Nouveau green decorative endpapers, printed in blue, dark green and gilt with a repeating design of a stylized apple(?). A very good- copy with rubbing, scuffing and minor staining to cloth.Color Plates.

Hardcover. Condition: Very Good. 1928 first edition landscape hardback with pasted title panel to front and spine. With 12 tipped in sepia illustrations, all with tissue guards and an introduction by Malcom C Salaman. Also loose inside the front cover is a lovely Catalogue of engravings and drypoints by Rushby from a sale at James Connell & Sons Ltd dated 1925, hence previous owner was obviously a serious fan/buyer of his work. Clean interior with no writing, marks or tears and all pages tight in binding, rear cover has a few small stians.

Hard cover. Condition: Fair. Dust Jacket Condition: Good. Vol. 6 only. Jacket cover is Mylar only, and is torn along front bottom edge. Spine Back paste-down end paper has sticker with previous owner's information. Inside is badly tanned, but images are clean and unmarked.

Cover edges are very worn. Paste-down end papers marked with large exes. Free end papers are foxed. Inside is tanned, but clean and unmarked.

Paperback. Condition: Good. Paperback in good condition, 194pp. The history of London presented just as it adapts to the motor-car. Includes 12 full colour plates, over 100 b&w plates, a fold-out illustration of London in 1534, texts and advertisements. Covers are marked, creased and edgeworn. The spine is chipped and creased, the front cover is almost free from the spine. Page edges are tanned. Despite this, the internal contents are very good, completely free from markings and the illustrations are all bright. AD. Used.
