Hardcover. Condition: Very Good. 1st Edition. First Edition (NAP). Signed and inscribed by the author on the blank first front end paper: '7/15/48, To Mom + Dad-- With all my love. Freddie.' You can see the green covers in the photos. There's a bit of whitish handling soiling on the front and rear. The white lettering on the spine is bright. The edges and corners are in good shape. The two top corners have just a little bit of of a bump/crease. There's also a little wear at the spine ends. The page edges are quite clean. The middle page edge is deckled or rough-cut. They did a very good job. The book is very solidly bound from cover to cover with nicely tight pages throughout and nicely tight covers as well. The interior of the book is in very good condition. The pages are exceptionally clean. I've scrolled through them a number of times without finding any soiling at all. There isn't any conspicuous creasing, no turned-down corners or placeholder creases. There are no markings. No attachments. And with the exception of the author's signed inscription, no one has written their name or anything else anywhere in the book. Inscribed by Author(s).
