The study aimed to investigate the implications of PEDP program on primary school administration and on teaching - learning process in public primary schools in Dodoma urban and Chamwino districts in Dodoma region. Both qualitative and quantitative approaches were employed in which interviews, structured questionnaires and documentary reviews were employed. It was found that although there were quantitative gains in terms of pupils' enrolment, insufficient and quality resources were still adverse as a result head teachers suffers as far as school administration is concerned. It was found that although there were quantitative gains in terms of pupils' enrolment, insufficient and quality resources were still adverse as a result head teachers suffers as far as school administration is concerned. The study involved 100 respondents systematically randomly selected from Chamwino and Dodoma urban districts. Both qualitative and quantitative approaches were adopted in which interviews, structured questionnaires and documentary reviews were employed. The findings revealed that head teachers in rural public primary schools studied express experiencing more stress than those in urban schools as a result head teachers suffer as far as school administration is concern. Cross sectional survey was employed. Both probability and non probability techniques were used to obtain the sample. Objectives of the paper were to determine vulnerability forces to HIV/AIDS infection among students in Dodoma Municipal and identification of risk behaviors that lead to HIV/AIDS infection in the study location. Data analysis was done by statistical package for social science (SPSS) computer soft ware. The findings show that vulnerability forces leading to HIV/AIDS infection among students are among others, lack of awareness and drug abuse, High rate of HIV infection through blood transfusions and widespread sharing of contaminated injecting equipments were the risk forces for HIV/AIDS spread. Some media disseminates HIV/AIDS miss-information, prejudice and myth. Drug abuse, poverty, adolescence stage, peer group, ignorance, carelessness of the students and engagement in sexual intercourse were the main forces for HIV/AIDS spread. Finally it was recommended that Counseling agencies for HIV/AIDS to assist Peer group/friends, the community to fight against Female Genital Mutilations, agencies to disseminate HIV education to secondary students to increase their awareness. The government should empower the community economically for Poverty reduction. The study was inspired by the belief that through its findings useful data can be generated for guiding improvements of adult education in the community. The specific objectives of the study were to: assess adult educators' perceptions on the intended outcome of the adult education programmes, determine the limiting factors to successful implementation of adult education campaigns for community development in Morogoro Region. The research involved a cross-sectional survey design and data were drawn from 80 adult educators by means of self developed questionnaire. Descriptive statistics was performed to determine frequencies, percentages and mean and rank of the items studied. Data from focused group discussion were manually analysed. The findings show that there are some forces or factors in Morogoro which hinders implementation of adult education and also, they don't believe in the intended outcomes of adult education as being trans formative in terms of development. In addition generally few of the educators were found to be not sure of adult education's relevance.
