A magazine edited by Klaus Mann, this issue with appearances by Malcolm Cowley, Thomas Mann, Carson McCullers, Sidn…ey Janis, Irwin Ross, James Stern, Ellis St. Joseph, and others. All four reprinted paintings present by Anna M.R. Moses, Isreal Litwak, P.J. Sullivan, and M. Hirshfield. Klaus Mann was the son of Thomas Mann and founded *Decision* for exiled European artists and intellectuals. Due to financial reasons the literary magazine only lasted one year.
