Hardcover. Condition: Good. No Jacket. 1st Edition. Stated first printing from 1968. Hardcover, missing dust jacket. The book condition is Good. Binding and hinges are tight. There are two stray pen marks on the half-title. Throughout the text, there are some minor blemishes on pages - mostly faded brownish smudges (stray foxing/toned spots), but also some ink bleed to opposite pages. Last page bottom corner creased over. Edges of text block foxed/speckled. Otherwise, the text and illustrations are handsome. Hardcover board corners bumped, with yellow exterior rubbed off. Many small dings along top/bottom edges of boards; a few nicks on bottom edges of boards. Top/bottom of spine rubbed and whitened. ~1 in rip in top of spine at joint. Yellow hardcover toned/darkened.

Updated version of 'The Hole Book' by Peter Newell which was published in 1908. Illustrated throughout in blue, black and white line drawings with a hole made by the magic bullet as published. The covers lightly marked, else very good, fine unread copy. Size 8.5 x 6.25 inches (22 x 16.5 cm).
