Scarce signed statement as Ambassador to the United Nations, removed from a letter but complete in itself. 1 page, 3.75 x 7.75 inches, in Spanish, no place, no date, circa 1947, upon presenting his credentials to the Secretary General of the United Nations as the representative of Santo Domingo, expressing his thanks for being granted the consideration and opportunity to serve, in full: "Hago provecho de opportunidad, Senor Secretario General, para, reiterarle las seguridades de mi mas alta consideracion."
