Pour cela j'engagerais Mann Wehrlé après une visite à Passy à voir de ma part Monsieur Garnier géomètre en chef des cimetières de Paris à l'Hôtel de Ville (annexe Lobau). Mr Garnier est un aimable homme il donne des renseignements précis et dira s'il faut s'adresser à Mr Eugière (?) chef du bureau des cimetières ou à Mr Moiroux Directeur des affaires municipales ou enfin à Mr de Selves (?) lui même. Mr Garnier sera très utile pour donner à Mann Wehrlé des renseignements et indiquer la marche à suivre. Si je puis vous être utile, je suis tout à vous.
