Brossura editoriale cartonata, quella anteriore con una grande cornice floreale in xilografia che inquadra autore e titolo. Testo inserito entro cornice e grandi capolettera xilografici. Esemplare n° 197 dei 200 impressi su "Velin D' Arches" firmati al colophon dall' autrice. Al frontespizio, una lunga dedica autografa della Mauron di 10 righe con un sentito ed intenso augurio di un Natale in tranquillità e serenità a "Jean-Pierre Arnaud" datata Natale-Gennaio 81-82. Esemplare fresco e genuino a pieni margini ancora completamente in barbe ed in ottimo stato di conservazione. Prima edizione in una tiratura limitata di 200 copie autografata dall' autrice che, soprannominata la Colette provenzale, era erede della tradizione dei grandi poeti provenzali, cantando per anni la sua terra con le sue leggende e le sue tradizioni sia in francese che in provenzale.
