This concert is part of the festival's Italian Week and includes a work by the conductor.Clemens Krauss [1893-1954 was an Austrian conductor and opera impresario, particularly associated with the music of Richard Strauss. He was General Director of the Bavarian State Opera from 1927 to 1940.
