In this story, the wedding is disrupted by insects who steal honey from the party. Kipnis (1896 1974) was a Jewish Ukrainian writer, noted for his contributions to Soviet Yiddish literature and his writing for children. Epshteyn (1899 1949) was a sculptor, painter, and stage designer who worked with Chagall, Lissitzky, and Altman.
