Softcover. Condition: Very Good. 282 Pages. No dust jacket, though it is covered with a leather encasement that remains in quite good shape. Publishing date not mentioned in book, but from research. This book contains the musings and feelings of a bachelor in the mid 1800's regarding love, marriage, life, travel etc. They are divided up into four Reveries in the book. The book's leather exterior has folding on some of its corners, some wearing at the top of its spine and a smallish thin stain on the upper part of the spine. The interior book has some cover paper tearing inside the front cover and a small part of the upper right top cover paper inside the rear cover is missing. Outside of these items and some light tanning of the book's pages, there are no further visible detriments, or visible distractions or extraneous markings throughout it and thus all of its printing is in a very well-preserved and enjoyable condition and the interior remains tightly glued into its leather cover. If you order this neat set of musings on life, love, marriage and living from us, we will carefully wrap it up in either foam or bubble wrap, then pad and box it and mail it right away to you with both insurance and tracking on it.
