1st edition (Rocq 10386). Unpaginated, though 28 pp. 25 beautiful illustrations (1 b&w) of divers scenes from the "City by the Bay". Oblong folio. 11" x 13-7/8" Small price sticker abrasion to top right corner of front wrapper. 5mm x 2mm hole in rear wrapper. Otherwise, a nice, bright VG+ copy. Sea-foam green heavy-stock wrappers, printed in silver, black & yellow. Stapled. Now housed in a clear archival mylar sleeve.

Textured green coloured softcovers, beautiful art deco style cover art of seagull above the waves in yellow, black, silver & green (very minor sunning to fore-edges of green backdrop), VG bright copy, stapled as issued. First edition of this photo travelogue through the Bay Area in anticipation of the 1939 Golden Gate International Exposition.

Interior pages are bright & pristine. Stapled card covers looking almost new, with silver gilting to design. Pages facing covers front & back with a sprinkle of age spots.
